Alex Haditaghi is a seasoned Canadian entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate, financial services, fintech and technology. He has been a leading figure in Canada’s residential and commercial mortgage & real estate industry since 2001 and is the founder and chairman of Radius Financial and Pacific Mortgage Group, two highly successful Canadian mortgage lenders and originators that have originated and processed over $45 billion in loans.
In 2008, Alex’s startup, MortgageBrokers.com, was recognized by Profit Magazine as Canada’s #1 ranked fastest-emerging growth company. The following years, Pacific Mortgage Group was named the second-fastest growing company in Canada by Profit Magazine, with revenues of $55,532,805 and a 5-year growth of 24,832%. In 2011, Alex was a finalist for the Ernst and Young Canada Entrepreneur of the Year award.
In addition to his work in the mortgage industry, Alex is the owner of several exciting real estate developments in Europe, including the highly anticipated Hamptons Greece project set to launch in 2023. He has also founded and held leadership roles in several successful companies, including Mortgage Architects (where he served as executive chairman and owner), MoPals (where he served as chairman and founder), and Infosoft (where he served as chairman and CEO). Mortgage Architects, a top Canadian mortgage originator with $12 billion in annual originations and over 320 locations, was sold to Dominion Lending Centres, while Infosoft, a CRM software solution provider, was successfully sold in spring 2001. And MoPals a Blockchain loyalty program finalized a deal with Chinese giant chat company MOMO in 2014.
CFO, Hamptons Greece
Gary Cilevitz is a highly accomplished finance executive in Canada, with expertise in real estate, mortgage financing, capital markets, and publicly traded companies.
He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Radius Financial and Pacific Mortgage Group, and has previously held the position of CFO at a publicly traded mortgage company and a Nasdaq listed real estate company.
Mr. Cilevitz has extensive experience and knowledge in these areas, and has a strong understanding of finance, securitization, and capital markets. In his role, he plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of strategies for growth, investment, and operations, and is responsible for corporate finance and accounting.

He has worked and sourced business in various countries, including Italy, Greece, Brazil, Germany, Turkey, Canada, and the USA. As an expert in sourcing high-quality building materials and styles, Steve is responsible for leading all new construction projects from pre-launch to completion, ensuring that quality standards, schedules, budgets, and overall project objectives are met.
In addition to his work in construction management, Steve also leads the Innovation & Sustainability team, which is dedicated to finding new and innovative ways to improve the construction process and deliver a better product to customers.
The team focuses on technological advancements, traditional construction practices, and sustainability, with the goal of building homes that are both aesthetically pleasing and built to last a lifetime.
Managing Partner, Hamptons Greece
In his role with Hamptons Greece, Mr. Mavromatis will be responsible for overseeing the Hamptons project from start to finish, ensuring that all quality standards, schedules, budgets, and overall project objectives are met.
He has a track record of successfully managing large and complex projects in Canada and Greece, and will work closely with our in-house site supervision construction team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest North American standards, with a focus on building homes that will preserve our reputation and stand the test of time.
From major structural work to the finishing details of the suites, Mr. Mavromatis and his team will ensure that every aspect of the project meets our high standards.
Corporate Lawyer
Nurhan Aycan is a partner in Dentons’ Toronto office and a member of its Corporate group with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private equity and acts for Hamptons Greece as our corporate Lawyer.
Nurhan has more than 25 years of experience dealing with Canadian and international corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on assisting high-growth companies. His experience as a former general counsel of a high-growth multinational plastic products company (and as a managing director for an international private equity fund focused on distressed turnaround situations) gives him a unique set of credentials to act for multinational clients as their outside general counsel in a diverse range of industry sectors.
Nurhan is a sought-after speaker, frequently lecturing on Canadian securities law, public and private mergers and acquisitions, and resource sector matters at international conferences. Nurhan also sits on the board of various client companies and three nonprofit Canadian charities.
He has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for several years as a Top 50 lawyer in the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Dentons, Nurhan was a partner at Gowlings law firm in their mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity practices.
